I have been told that the KA24DE 5 speed tranny could be used with the SR20 motor, without a huge headache.

Will the IKEYA Sequential Shifter work for the the KA trannny, and will i benefit what so every.

Yes i know the purpose, yes i know what a s-shifter does. I know it wont increas my shifting time. Yes i know, its a standard five speed and its only real serving purpose is to ensure i dont slam into the wrong gear....i know

it will work but that thing is damn expensive
also be sure to swap the bellhousings on the trans before you try to put it in

yes the Ikeya shifter will work. The shifter is tilted towards the right side of the car though... which would make it a pain in the ass to use.

btw - This has been discussed,, search..search...search.

You don't have to swap bellhousings to make it work.. you have to swap bellhousing to make a KA tranny work on an SR.. they are the same transmission though.
