I also have a shell in my back yard. It has one really nice quarter on it and one useable quarter nice rockers and a good roof if some one want to actually fix something instead of covering it up. The floors are good too. i will cut what you want off of it for $ or you can come and get the whole thing free. If not it will be flipped over dragged onto a trailer and crushed.
