paint problems

well I'm buying an S14, and well the previous owner had some fast and furious-ish stickers on the car and after getting them off there is this discoloration, I was wondering if there is any product that would get this out??? Is is there anything I could do short of getting a paint job...

the discoloratiosn is most likey from the sun-fade. but as far as adhesive residue, get some goo-be gone or some other adhesive remover. dont let somethign small like that mess up a beautiful car. use it as a bargening point

don't know if it would help but try washing/polishing then waxing might look better
