It's aluminum, and it already has 2 holes welded. Not hard to do, its a threaded hole too. Can prolly just put a plug in it.

The brake set involves, The front z32 calipers, new brake pads and the rotors. Spacers can be sold separately.

As far as the crossmember goes, yes. It is direct fit into s13 chassis to mount up an rb.
