Pulsar GTi-R T28 - Spins freely, doesn't smoke, and makes boost fine, but when I put it back on after replacing my manifold gasket it made a whining sound like a supercharger. I called Turbo Exchange and they said It was probably a boost leak. I'd just recommend a rebuild. GTi-R turdbos are journal bearing so a rebuild will cost about $200. Flows 33 lb/min (2 more than the GT28R) No wastegate actuator- $110 shipped
