questions. state ref. wreckless driving blah blah.

so my car was reportedd. apparently. for wreckless driving.
i got pulled over by an officer. in an apartment area. that day.
got me state reffed.
my friend pissed him offf. so the cop called in the witness to come identify me. and he actually came and said yea.
good thinng im 17 still.
he just towed my car.
and called my parents to pick me up.
all he gave me was a state ref ticket for modified smog device. well thats what it says.
he never gave me a ticket for wreckless driving. or anything like that.
so im wondering if they can still get me for that?.
but then why would he tow my car.
30 day - impound.
so i need to get an extension for state ref ticket.


also the cop was from moreno valley, not riverside were they got me.
my court place is in moreno valley too.
i dont know if this matters or not. :p


anyone with some knowledge on this. i need feedback.

what where you doing in the car? do you not have a license? YOU SHOULD KNOW WHY THEY TOWED IT, because they would have told you. What does your car look like by the way so we can determine if the cop was stereotypically checking out your car, if it was stock or had wheels etc.

If your friend was acting up, i wouldnt hang out with him esp if hes gonna be riding in the car, will just get you into trouble and its not worth getting into trouble for having a buddy around. Its a sacrifice you gotta make dude.
