The shifter has no value to me without a handle.

95' is ODBII it just dosent have all the emissions stuff a 96' does
basically the way I look at it; you can use a ODBII scanner on the 95' - so I look at it as ODBII - even though it doesnt have all the emissions stuf of an ODBII car plus it doesnt have to pass emissions!
