Hi I would like to test the waters and see how much I can get for my 91 240sx in misty blue metallic. The chassis has 193,xxx miles just swapped in a redtop sr20det w/transmission. Compression tested the motor before swapped and all four cylinders had 145 to 150 psi. The car has working electric sun roof, electric windows, and auto door locks. The car has a clifford alarm system. The a/c used to work but one of the hose recent burst because it was rubbing against the frame rail. All one would have to do to get a/c working again is replace the hose and recharge the system.

I bought the motor swap from venus, and had the swap done by rcrew racing in the bay area. I'm sure you guys know how much a motor swap is and paying a shop to do all the labor so i don't think its necessary to post prices I've paid like most other for sale threads do.

If you have any questions please direct them to [email protected]
I'm in connecticut right now, and will have my friend show the car. The car is located in the bay area. I'll try and get some day pictures taken if you guys would like to see more clearer pics.

Below is a list of mods and pics. Looking to get $8k

Engine
-redtop sr20det (just swapped a couple of months ago, only running 8psi)
-apexi intake
-Garrett oem s15 turbo with waste gate separator (I bought this turbo brand new and have put approx. 20k miles combined from previous sr20det I had it on and current sr20, I have only run 8-9psi max its whole life, no shaft play. Turbo has oil restrictor already in it from factory)
-rsr down pipe
-turbo o2 housing stainless steel
-apexi n1 exhaust 3in piping cut and welded to magnaflow dual tip, tips I used were from a 02 wrx (very quite and stealth looking will not get pulled over with it)
-High flow Catco 3in catylitic converter ( I had this recently installed just because I don't want a dirty rear bumper, and don't want people stuck behind me breathing in nasty fumes.
-taka stainless steel oil and coolant lines
-walbro fuel pump 255 lph
-koyo aluminum radiator with oem fan shroud

Suspension
-Tein Flex Coilovers ( wires in driver side fender have tucked so they wont rub the tire)
-Tein pillow ball tension rods
-vlsd
-cusco front and rear strut tower bars
-rear metal subframe spacers

Brakes
-front z32 four piston calipers with rotors drilled to stock 4 lug bolt pattern
-front stainless steel brake lines

Wheels
-Enkei racing s rims front 16x7 w/ 32 offset, rear 16x7.5 not sure of offset probably same as front
-front 5mm spacer to clear z32 brakes
-Tires are kumho asx 205 16 55 front and 225 16 50 (just bought the rears, fronts have about 25k miles, these tires have a tread rating of 400 so they will last a long time)

Interior
-pioneer p3700mp
-defi d boost gauge in white (does not have stepping motor)-imperial in psi
-defi d oil pressure gauge in white (does have stepping motor but doesn't require control unit)-imperial in psi
-momo corsa steering wheel w/ working nismo horn button.
-r32 gtr oem seats in blue w/ fab'd braket so all bolts are in(they match the exterior of the car, still in good condition very supportive. I used to have oem jdm recaro srII's from an itr in my gsr integra and these are very nice in comparison).
-greddy traditional shift nob
-s14 floor mats

Exterior
-pretty much all stock I'll just mention its pretty clean considering the mileage and age. The body has received a repaint of the original color, Misty Blue Metallic. Its pretty clean.

WOW!!! this was my OLD CAR! I originally swapped the motor, painted the whole car and built it up. It still has my UCD license plate frame on it!

Good to know it is doing well!!

I thought I'd provide some history from when I owned the car.

I purchased the car originally from an old lady who used to drive it once a week to church. She was the original owner from when it was brand new. She even named the car because she liked it so much.

I really loved the car and had it repainted the original color to refresh it. The paint alone cost $4K! This wasn't no sand and respray from Maaco. All panels and trim was removed and there is no door dings or waviness after completion. When I owned it, it was 100% Garaged and never parked outside. Regularly waxed and detailed every month. I set the car up for a good daily driver with good track/autocross ability. It also was kind of a show car. Only JDM OEM parts were used as it is the best quality and fit and finish and the super clean look.

This car won "Best 240SX" at the JDM Car Show in Japantown San Francisco... I think it was in 2002.

I went and dug up some pics from when I owned the car...

No wonder the car looked sorta familiar. I remember that car around 2001-2002ish, that is one of the sweetest s13 coupes I've seen and will remain so. I tried bitin your style for my s13 coupe at the time but ended up going a different way with it.
