Paypal says its shipped but it could be not, i had that same shit happen to me. Took like a month to get my stuff.

I think this guy is a scammer with no doubt. I am fixing to send a dispute on paypal towards him.

I bought a aem ems from him/her which ever it is, apparently it was shipped out june 26. So far no information with the tracking information and from this guy. I even went to a local usps post office and they didnt have any tracking results for my item other than it has been shipped on that date. I have sent an email to this person and two pm's and no response/answers. Its been about 18 days since shipment in total and about 11 business days and nothing. Seems like this person is trying to ignore me, and to me i am automatically assuming this person is a scammer.

Would like to ask for help on how i should go about this situation, if anyone is willing to help me.

I just opened up a claim with Paypal, so I suggest you do the same. I tried emailing him, and haven't heard anything from him either. I don't mind a delay in shipping as long as I'm in the loop as to what's going on, but when there's no communication whatsoever from the seller that really pisses me off. Has anybody who's purchased from this seller received any products from him? And why did somebody vouch for this guy?!?!

Warning to everybody else...DO NOT TRY TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER! HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY! Without going into too many details he took my money and ran. So much for the "Legit Seller" vouch he got (probably from his buddy who was in on it). And to the seller...if I ever find out who you are and I see you/your car on the streets I'll make sure I get my money's worth from you one way or another...seriously...I HATE dishonest people.

Alright folks back with an update on my situation with this scammer:

Well after a long wait from paypal viewing my case they were in favor of me. I only got back a little less than half of what i sent to this clown, but i still got some of my money back and they said they will still try and get the rest of my money. Paypal said this:

"Hello brent peck,

We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your
favor.

We were able to recover $XXX.XX USD (sorry i dont want to show the numbers) and this amount has been credited to
you. Please allow five business days for this adjustment to be posted.

If you are due any additional funds, we will make our best effort to
recover the balance from the seller.


If the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed
to you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the
seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account
privileges."

So for anyone out there that are being scammed, make sure to go through the claim process and try to get your money back weather you think it might work or not. Hope to see the rest in the future, just have to be patient.

oh and as far as this guy goes, i hope you are not involved in this with that guy, if so, you are looking at the same consequences as him. must be, you both live in NJ.

everyone else, i would keep this guy as a red flag to stay away from too.
