Vibration Issues

Last night for the second time in just over 6 months, the four studs snapped off of the manifold connecting to the turbo. Not only that three bolts are now missing from my JIC elbow which was just installed two nights ago. I had the two locking tabs with the nuts and fairly new studs. What could be causing such harsh vibration to basically snap the studs in half and lose the locking tabs?

are you running a flex section in your exhaust?
sounds like you may have slammed your exhaust on the ground one too many times

What are you using? Don't tell me like crappy silver hardware studs.... Use grade 8's at least or fastenals....

I used the locking turbo tabs, frsport studs and the copper locking head nuts
