no they wont

not without some SERIOUS modifications. mount completely different

How serious? Custom mounting rails? Would anything else be needed?

rail design is completely different
als it might be hard
240sx has that hump in the floorboard.
custom rail for sure.
best to get the z seats and then see what you need to do.
