I installed an ACT 6 puck clutch along with a Nismo slave cylinder, pivot fork, and stainless steel braided line. I have new throwout and pilot bearings. It worked fine for about two weeks. The clutch still isn't broken in yet. I have been very easy on it.

Now, the engagement/disengagement points change every time I drive it. Sometimes, engagement starts as soon as the pedal leaves the floor and eventually won't let me change gears. Other times, it starts engaging at the very end of the pedal stroke and eventually won't let the clutch fully engage, causing it to slip.

I've bled the line multiple times to make sure there was no air. I've adjusted the pedal several times, but that only works for a short while.

Could my master cylinder be too weak/old for the heavy duty pressure plate? Although it's shielded from the turbo, it can still get extremely hot. What do you guys think could be causing this?

sounds like your clutch master cylinder. same thing happens when the seal in a brake master cylinder starts to wear out. sounds like the master cylinder isnt holding pressure. i would definitely change out the clutch MC.
