never mind about the motor, i just fixed mine, and that was a journey.... turned out it was dirty contacts on the motor, so i basically polished them, and now the window works better/quieter than before....

as for the Bezel, damn that sucks.... good old nissan engineering.... that and the busted door swtich plates, those screws in the pocket always break off... unless you have one that isn't broken!!!
