well i did some research and didnt really come up with too much.
i got a friend that gets cars at auctions(good auctions) so i have a chance to get a 240sx96-98 very easily. but i got a few questions so i can really tell him that i want

so only reply back if you have an s14 96-98( no 95s i cant get a loan on one) no offense.

if you have a standard what features did you have? aka anti lock brakes, sunroof, wheels

if you have an SE what were your options and is it worth an SE if i can get a std alot cheaper.

any advantages over the SE than the Std that i wouldnt replace with wheels, 300ZX suspension and drive train stuff,body kit, and swap of course

oh if the std only had power brakes no anti lock brakes what does that do for a 300ZXTT brake conversion??? i would only do the front SCC that the big brake and 5 lug and rear brake convo on the s13 were alittle too much i would only do the 300ZXTT brakes up front

all replys will be apperciated i just want to be sure i can get a car im going to be happy with.

Don't say that if you expect good help. Many people on this forum know about cars they don't own.

SE's are great, worth the extra money unless you plan to mod the hell out of it IMO.

You can put 300zx brakes on any 240sx, tho I don't know what brakes go with what...abs or non from 300zx onto abs or non 240sx...dono what the options are there...I think you can run any 300zx brakes on any 240sx but i'm not 100% sure.

So are you saying that i will be just fine with a standard coupe.
sunroof is nice but dont care/ wheels are nice but dont really care/and power locks and windows are nice but if not then ill be ok. and AC gettting deleted anyways when the swap goes in. I never use AC anyways if its that hot ill drive my hondu.


i agree with what you said about people that dont own the 95-98 im sure they are quite the 240sx gurus. im just wondering if im gonna have to do. i was just saying for instance. i found some info in edmunds.com but thank you for the FAQ thing. thats what i need because im gonna print that out and give it to my bud and tell him too look for these features. YOu would kill me if i told you what i could pick a 96-98 up for ;-). So swap maybe even more realistic at the same time of buying of car. wouldnt that be sweet im salivating already.
