WTB: some kind of semi fun car for $1,600 smog legal

Well I'm looking for a car (http://zilvia.net/f/#) and all I have to spend is $1,600, I had to get rid of my 240 because I couldn't get it to pass smog and all I can afford is something for $1,600 maybe $2,000. Help a brother out in hard times, thanks.
