1995 240sx base manual with no mods

I have come across a bit of trouble with my 240. My car inconsistently bogs at idle and under load. I've searched other threads and haven't been able to fix this problem. I've cleaned the MAF, put in a new airfilter, plug wires, plugs, dist cap, and z32 fuel filter...

At idle: The car will idle at 800 rpm, drop to 200 and bounce up and down a few times. Usually the car will end up falling on its face.

While driving: While cruising up to 40mph, the car sometimes bogs under load. When this happens, the car will stall once in neutral - rpms drop, and drop, and drop... The car will fire back up, but usually bogs at idle. I have also come across fuel cut at 3500 rpm, only once though.

I'm looking for two things: 1. Any ideas on what to do next 2. Someone in the Long Beach area to help out (I only have 1 good hand...). If someone has an extra maf, distributor, OBD1 knowledge, and time, let me know. It'd be great if someone just wanted to help me out, but I understand nothing is free. Shoot me a pm and we can work out the details.

Thanks

Mods - please excuse me if this is in the wrong place

Vacuum leak or timing issue. I'm leaning towards vacuum leak. Check the little hoses on the egr stuff etc.

yea, vacuum with the EGR or EVAP system.
