Site Navigation: "Forum" & "Forums"

While on the home page where you see things listed by venders and such, under "Site Navigation" there is a link for "forum" and then "forums". Not sure if I'm just now noticing it or not but is the link for "forum" supposed to be there? When I click the link it just shows me the current time. Were as the "forums" link take me to the forums.

Just trying to see if there is something going on that was just missed or I am JUST now noticing it lol

Same thing for me, happened recently too. Not a big deal though, but I always click on "forum" first :S
