Hi everyone,
So I had a little mishap with over steer and damaged my rear quarter panel. I was wondering if you guys would please give me your advise on fixing it.
Do you think its better to pop out the 3 dents or to just replace the whole rear quarter panel?
Thanks for your input!!

If you're going to paying someone to replace rear quarter panel it's going to cost a fuckton. I still till this day haven't seen anyone go this route, most people just go widebody.
The bottom right portion should be able to pop out. Other two might be a little tricky.
Just do the best you can and live with it.
Paint still looks good, a body shop might be able to drill, pull out the dents, weld shut, filler, then color blend. That's another option.
doesn't look to bad. itll cost alot but its definitely fixable that creased dent by the rocker will be the worse of the three.

Maybe you could put one of those inflatable dent removers behind it and pop it out?

Thanks

it can be fixed my left rear quarter panel was that bad when i painted my car. but it wont be cheap to fix.
he means the spot welds that hold the panel on its were the panels are welded on from the factory
and yes the panel is one peice. the rear window and side glass will have to be removed if the panel was replaced

wat hit u? theres no paint damage....angrys ex or crazy ex bf's? either way find the point of imapact which the sharpest most shallow area then work from there out. Start below the body line since that will be your guide. I can be tricky to fix the damage but its fixable. Idk but a body shop will hurt your wallet very bad lol Cutting and welding is not necessary its not major structural damage. If i lived in the bay i would help you out since i might start doing side work this summer at my place. best of luck to you man.

Thanks for the advice! I'm going to try to push out the top one from the inside, just a bish for me because I'm not that knowledgeable on cars and I have to take apart the rear interior to get to the metal?
I oversteered and spun to the side of the road, hit a dirt hill embankment and bushes and stuff lol have scratches up front on the bumper, fender, lip etc.

heat gun and inflatable dent bags. do it until it looks good enough and a little bondle and paint wont hurt as well.

Im not trying to be a dick but when repairing dents with a hammer or dolly, block of wood and hammer, rubber mallet, dry ice and so on, you work your way from the outside in. For example with you upper rear quarter above the wheel well, start by pushing it out with a dolly from the far-most edges of the dent then in a circular motion work around it, then continous working it and slowly moving inward and the dent should comeback to its original shape. Well as close as you can get it. If you just start from the deepest part in the dent u might get waves from the contour of the metal being bent back and it will need bondo or putty for it to look straight again.

Thanks for the advice. Can any more people chime in on how I should go about trying to get the dent out? obviously from the inside out, but I can't just try to push it out from the deepest point?
Thanks in advance for the advice!
