Are the edges of the rims curbed, or is that just flaked paint?
I assume they're straight, no cracks?

What's the base color? (i.e. can I wipe the rattle can off with lacquer thinner and still have the original powdercoat?)

Where in LA are you? I have a friend that lives in Glendale that may come pick them up..
