car alarm

ive got an s13 hatch, if that matters. how painfull is it to instal an aftermarket car alarm? am i gunna have to splice a gazillion wires or is just kinda plug and play stuff?

If you don't know what you're doing, don't. Simple. I've installed alarms for over 15 years so for me it's cake, but I don't assume everyone else has the same knowledge. If you've never installed an alarm or done anything that involves a lot of wiring, clean wiring, then take it somewhere.

I don't assume everyone does, i figured somebody had done it tho. Ive repaired harnesses and such, but i haven't really wired anything big into a car before. Ive done subs for people. But that's easy... lol i guess im takein it somewere then. thanks alot:)
