Car is all focked...about to give up

Someone can delete this thread if they want...I'm just venting (a.k.a bitching) right now.

It seems my car is getting hit with a surge of bad luck. Speeding tickets (2), engine problems, and now three....YES THREE accidents.....ALL NOT MY FAULT.

I think I'm going to put my S14 aside and get myself a beater for now. My car is not for sale...since I doubt anyone will want it for the amount I would request. :D

Someone did a hit and run on my car...and I have yet to find the bitch. Right now my fender has been replaced...but due to lack of money I can't replace the hood and get a paint job.

BAH...I seriously think my car is just bad luck...or maybe I need to get another S14. :p

We've all been through it. There's been so many times when I focked things up or my car broke and I've been unable to drive it. Remember when I had that accident, I was fooked! So many expensive parts. But I just toughed it out and eventually I made it through. Then Some chicky focked up my fender! Once again I was fooked but It all worked out in the end.

Chit like this happens all the time, in a sense my car wouldn't be what it is today if I hadn't blown the KAslow.

Don't quit tough it out and soon you'll be able to look back and laugh:D

Damn, it physically hurts me to look at that second picture. I had a little bang-up last week too. A lady in a spray-wash backed into my rear bumper and pushed the front of my car into the wall. :( No serious damage but now I'm jumping thru all the insurance hoops to get it fixed up like new... but hang in there, you'll be fine. And not to jinx us or anything, but it could always be worse!

You're not the only one. My passenger fender is all fuked and that's the last thing I'm gonna fix. I could care less about some minimal cosmetic damage. As long as the suspension's good.

Yup, I was parked on the side street (not to far from my patio) and someone was driving on the lawn and hit my car. Something grabbed onto the hood and torn the fender off.

I am in the same boat as you. But for me, it is my fult..mostly

I have gotten 5 tickets in the last year (2 we not in the 240)
So my insurance is going to rape me in the a$$ one they find out about it. I have already lost my car for a month for 4 tickets in a year, and no the next one am going to court for, because of my speedo being off because of my new tires.

And i keep getting into little fender benders, mainly i tap their car, take off a peice of paint the size of an infants fingernail, and have to pay 700$s for it, i seem to only hit the people who milk kids. And i handle it myself and dont go through insurance, cuz if i get in a accident, they wont keep me on for long.

And now for the things that are all going wrong at once on my car
- Need a new rack and pin
-Need new tires cuz they all wore wrong cuz i couldent get it aligned because of the broken rack.
- Front strut is leaking.
-Slave cylinder died on me on the freeway today, i just filled up the fluid, and it all spilt out on the free way.

So my car is hardly in running condition. And its really hard to look toword moding it, when all this **** goes down like this. I am going to have to pay 4k for insurance, thats like half of my income for the year. And ontop of that, I have just got accepted to a great school, and have to pay 25k for that a year.

So i have many repairs to make on my car, and i wish i had money to do them before i need to grow up :( and move on to adult hood and start my family.

Like all most of you, i want to be known, I want to be good at somthing, and drifting is somthing im good at, and i cant do it.. because of my pradiciment.

I'm not parting out my car....unless I find another S14. If that was the case I would keep the whole front end. The foglights cost me $60, the grille $150 and the headlights are meant for a 95/96 -> 97/98 converison.....so anyone with a 97/98 can't use them.

Damn Oni...now I feel like sh*t for me isn't that bad. I'm only 19, 5/8 of my income is for school, parents don't help (instead they bash), the car is under my dads name (for now) and the future of this car is iffy.

im 18, and my parents arnt paying for much, but see they bash everything about modding my car, till i told them everything about how I feel about my car and my plans, and the shot me down. Also my car is in my parents name, i feel ya man.

Man....your posts are so friggin hard to read.

My headlights will fit on any 97/98, but THEY WILL NOT WORK on any 97/98. This is because I got rid of the H1 connectors and made the headlights compatible with the 95/96 H4 socket....you should know that. :rolleyes:

Yeah I know how you guys feel too im 19 also and pay for both car and school, originally my plan was to buy my 240 and put storage insurance on it (50$ for 4 to 5 months) and leave it till I had cash but my parents wanted me to get insurance and now problems are cropping up too, its hard most definatly, thank god schools almost done so I can work full time and pay off my depts, and fix my car.

LOL--I know how you feel, but you guys are almost 20 or in your early 20's, I'm almost 27 and I've had my car for two years--the most aftermarket I've gotten was my EBC Greenstuff brakepads and a timing chain job! :(
