no sorry, thats half what i paid for it. i put in my car and took it right back out. when i bought it, it was listed as 6" and turned out to be 8". Not what i wanted. i'm not in a hurry to sell this item.

will a s14 hub work on 13? i need a fr right hub and bearing

yes it will work, but it requires a lot more than just the hubs. to use s14 you need spindles also..
