They haven't come out with 3rd gen itouch, only 3rd gen Iphone. Look it up, the 2nd gen barely came out last September I believe.
Is that the Gen 3 Itouch? if so I'm interesting

Sure does :). The day the forums came out with the beta version for the 2nd gen touch jailbreak I did the jailbreak then and there.

be careful... apple likes to screw you on warranty issues. myself and a few friends have all had issues with mac warranty
