I was wondering if anyone had cross reference numbers or vehicles to order a new rear u joint for my sr20det?

Usually the U joints on the oem driveshafts are not installed with Snap Rings
and are not easily replaceable.

Yep, as far as I know the u-joints on the stock driveshafts are not serviceable.

Don't get me wrong i'd rather just throw down $500 and get one but this is kind of a get me back on the road sort of thing.

they are not $500, look on ebay for a seller named shaftmasters (lol) but seriously. He has one piece aluminum driveshafts that are direct bolt in for like $300 iirc. they are real nice.

$300 is pretty reasonable. I would have looked there but I do cringe when I look on ebay for stuff....

R&D Factory make a nice 15lb steel driveshaft. i have one and it's just fine.

they use OEM u joints on theirs though, so you may wanna spend a little extra and get a custom one that uses spicer ujoints. it's up to you broseph.

You don't have to get the aluminum one... They make steel also. Check out shaftmasters.com or driveshaftshop.com, although I think the master's is cheaper.
