So my Maf for my s14 SR20Det went bad and i need a new maf with the digits 69F00. i have been looking everywhere for one and i've had no luck. Any ideas on wherto locate a maf for my car?

Yup those are hard to find. Zenki MAF I think.

they are the worste to try and find. i've been searching for three weeks. i have two z32 mafs but i don't want to reflash my ecu just for a maf

That serial is for a Kouki SR20det that's exactly the one I have, I might have the old spare MAF still here (I upgraded to a Z32 maf a year ago). I'll let ya know

Really? I have a s14 blacktop and I thought mine was zenki so weird. It has the ribs on the motor, so that might be kouki, but the ECT is of the S13 kind, so weird.....

The only reason I know mine is a kouki motor is the ecu is 69F00, and the ECU's harness looks quite a bit different between Zenki and Kouki S14's.
