Im selling my 240 to round up some cash for another project. Its an 89' 240sx with a Series 2 Rb25det swap. Its not tuned so it runs rough on cold starts and clears up once warm. Engine, trans, and clutch are all 100%. The rear trunk lid and front bumper needs painting. I'd love to finish this project but I just cant afford to right now. I'll be posting some pics tomorrow, call or email me with any questions. Thanks! Damien 410-739-7663

I am interested in this vehicle. I will not be off-roading it so I was wondering what the price would be if you could take the lift kit off and put on the stock suspension?

how long have you been running it without an airfilter?
is the heat hookedup?
what trans? rb25 trans or 20 trans?
what clutch/flywheel?
i would also like to know why it needs to be tuned. chipped ecu or stock? does it have the wrong mafs?
r33silvia

never said it runs 100%, i said that the engine is 100%, which means it doesnt knock or smoke, no noises. Please PM me if you have questions

It has the correct stock 3 wire maf for a series 2, yes the heater core is hooked up, it has a rb25 transmission with the OE clutch and flywheel. Stock ecu. Im selling this car cheap, whoever buys it need to hook the ecu up via a consult port or power fc and TUNE IT, monitor input and output data to get it running 100% on COLD STARTS. Other than that it runs awesome. IF you're interested in buying just PM me please. Thanks again

As long as the motor runs id say its still worth it lol. Did you ever do a compression test?
r33silvia
06-12-2009, 07:44 AM
Naw i didnt do a compression check, Im pretty sure there's no problem with compression, motor sounds healthy and runs strong. I've been working on toyotas and nissan professionally for years now, Im sure its a good motor.
