PC: Just push print screen then paste into paint and save as a jpg.

MAC: Push Command, Shift, 3 then the image will pop up as a PNG on our desktop.

how do u get 2 separate backgrounds on dual monitors in vista. I have an nvidia card but theres no nview available for vista so thats not an option :/ any other ideas?

^^^ I use the same toolbar on my computer. I think it looks better if you turn off the title, turn off the button labels, and use large icons. That way it is just a line of icons. I also have mine set to auto-hide, always on top. That way it's hidden until I need it.
