okay with reinhard exhaust there are 3 options...
1.no resonator and no silencer
2.resonator and no silencer
3.resonator and silencer...
how do i take out the resonator/baffle from our exhaust?
for those that dont own this, its a built in resonator.

Eh? Resonators are usually built/welded with the pipings, dont think you can take it out unless im missing something here with Reinhards...most folks who wants to take the resonator out will cut the the resonator out and weld a pipe to replace it.

Are you talking about the silencer?!
Resonators are usually connected to the piping, look at the picture http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b243/mikeishellafresh/photo-9.jpg
The reinhard can be ordered with or without the resonator. Stated before.

Hahaha, he really is talking about a baffle insert. Ey, just try using a needle nose and wiggle it the hell out.
is it just me or when he had the silencers in the exhaust was it actually louder?

Guess your talking about the 2 piece silencer that comes with the exhaust. The resonator is the separate pipe before the other pipe with the exhaust outlet pipes.
I get the a bar from a jack and it usually has the little piece on the end of the bar and i put that behind the silencer and pull as hard as i can to get that thing out. Once you get it out, you might want to clean it so it wont get stuck anymore. I just leave mine out. Sorta loud but i can still hear the music on medium.

just leave it in, it sounds better that way.

yeah my bad, i meant baffle and not resonator
i tried that and didnt work...same with the end grip of a baseball bat and pulled but i fell over......instead of pullling it out..
its like stuck inside...i tried putting wd40 as well and that didnt work..

Unbolt it and pull it out. Speaking of which im going to go take my silencers out now. Sounds better without them IMO. I <3 my RH exhaust.

For those who have a resonated version. Does your resonator sit lower than all of the other parts under your car? Mine sometimes scrapes the ground. It wont matter soon because im cutting out the resonator but i wanted to know if there are others like me.

Would guys recomend the reinhard exhaust for a really low S13? If not, do you think this problem could solved by installing the circuit sports exhasut hangers? Thanks.

Dont get the resonated version. Just get the straight pipe version and you'll be good. I had to mod one of the hangers by the resonator to move it up a little.

harder/solid exhaust hangers are a must if you get the resonated version, for super low i would recommend the non resonated. With any super low car you usually have to end up modding the hangers anyway, because almost no exhaust will give you the wanted clearance.

get some angled needle nose and close them, stick them inside the baffle. Open them so that they are prying on the either side(inside) of the baffle and wiggle it out.

Gf's car is slammed and we got the non-resonated version and it doesn't scrape on regular roads.. only on speedbumps. We also used the circuit sports hardened bushings and they hold the exhaust on there pretty good.

Man,,,,, NON-resonated?? You REALLY want that? KAs already sound kind of like boats, why would you WANT to emphasize that fact? imo, keep the resonator, let it even-out the exhaust pulses, and let your car be a little bit more classy. Oh wait, I forgot, it's a 240....
