Hey guys i need a little help from the wheel guru's im looking into a set of 18x9.5 wheels they only come in +20mm and +15. I was planning on running this on all four corners what would be the widest tires i can run without rubbing my concern is mainly the front.
car is a 95 240sx with stock fenders.
235/40 or45 regardless with those offsets your going to have the roll your fenders.

I am running 17X10 +7s with 245/40s on my S14 up front with just hammered fenders. I think 235/40s look really nice on a 9.5, if you really want to make sure you will not have any clearance issues you can run 225/40s....do NOT run a 45 series tire on a 18" wheel.
You could probably get away with a 255/35/18 on that wheel in a +15 if you're looking for more grip.
Make sure to hammer down all of the sharp edges on the inside of your fenders. Look around in there with the wheel off and you'll see there are a bunch towards the back of the fender and on the top. I hammered all of those flat on my car.

If you don't want a stretched look be prepared to roll the fenders very flat, probably do a slight pull and slap some 255s up front and some 265s out back.
Here's a 255/35/18 on a 18X9.5...not a very good picture but you get the idea:

OR
You can run a 9 up front with a 255/35 and a 9.5 out back with a 265/35 if you really don't want any stretch.
You're going to have to test fit some stuff though because you run into inner clearance issues with your coilovers when you don't stretch tires. A 9 +15 with a 255 shouldn't have any clearance issues though...neither should a 9.5 with a 255, you may need a 5mm spacer.

I'm running 18x9.5 all the way around on my kouki, +15 in the rear and +25 up front. I had the +15 up front for a bit and it looked nice. Do +15 all the way around, wish I would have done that. I did a slight roll all the way around, without rolling it rubbed a little. I'm rubbing 235/40 up front and 245/40 on the rear, not really stretched much.

is that tire size for the front and rears?
When I get my car back this week, I'll have pictures. But I'm running 18x9.5 +23 and 255/35/18 all the way around. The front coilovers had to be slotted to make them work. You'd be better off with 235-245 in the front. Fronts fenders will have to be rolled.
Well this is what it looked like before the suspension was adjusted.

Hate to drag up an old thread but I can't seem to find an answer and I figure commenting on an old thread is better than creating a new one. Hopefully I won't need a flame suit lol.
I have 18x9.5" wheels with +12 offsets I just bought and I put some 235/40/18 Falken tires on them. I'm going to get my fenders rolled but I don't have cash for overfenders or flares at the time. I was wondering how much camber I'd have to run to fit these on stock fenders?
I saw flip posted the same setup and it doesn't look all too cambered but that was about 5 years ago also aha. Everyone I tell my specs to around here says I'm going to have to run max camber and do a lot of things to make the wheels fit but when I was reading up before I decided on my sizes it seemed it would be an easy fit with a roll and pull and minimal camber?
Thanks guys
