I took this off and put a (used) KaaZ 2-way in.
A bit ridiculous seeing as I don't even push my car anywhere near what most would consider "spirited".
I need to look into this shimming this. I've been seeing it in many post lately. What will shimming do?

it locks up better but will kill your diff over time..

Is there a LSD additive that is suppose to be used with this when changing the oil? I wanna change the oil in mine but am unsure if I should add a additive to it. Its sealed so I don't think so. I can't find anything in the FSM either.

You're dead on about it being sealed and not having too.
I never looked in the FSM either, but I don't think it would make sense to add an additive to something that can't use it either.

Nissan part number for the vlsd shim that's larger so you can rebuild and have funnn, or get another diff if you please.
