Brand new agency-power Clutch line.. Its the short line .. still in the package.. Ordered the wrong one . i need the long for my auto to manual swap.. those goes straight from the hardline that comes off the CMS straight into the slave cyclinder

Are you talking about the damper box? You can bypass that and just run this directly from the slave into the hardline. Which is recommended because that little black box is an asshole.
Or you can keep the damper box and just run the line into the box at stock location. But have fun bleeding your clutch fluid.

The damper on my d21(sohc ka truck) killed me, would never bleed right then it started leaking -.-
