where or who can help me mount a streched tire?

I have been going to different tire places and they all said no, (liability issue), the wheel and tire in question is an R35 wheel (20x10.5) with a 255/35 tire in the wheel already but the inner bead is either not sealing of f'd up, help me out guys.

How much those wheels run you?

around 1800, package came with an H&R coilover suspension for 350s total was $2250, I do have to sell the suspension before giving this wheels prices :D
