Fenders

my fenders are screwed up. I need to know what the differences is between the stock fenders and the ones one the front page and what the mm size means? i Also need to know if the ones on the front page will bolt right up? i know that the 350 z ones won't. If i wanted to replace the ones i got which ones should i get without having to change the lights and everthing?
i drive a 91' 240sx.

its on the home page right now these are wide body fenders
the mm are millimeters that how much bigger they are then stock
