Installing oil/coolant lines on t25 (s13)

Hey everyone i was replacing the stock hard lines on my t25 with new steel braided ones and the line that goes from the turbo back behind the valve cover area has me sorta confused. Im not sure how to get to it to take the old stock line off or get the new one on. The end of the new line is just open with a pipe tie so im assuming it needs to slide over something. There is a tube coming from the firewall that goes over the turbo line and im hesitant to disconnect it and have power steering fluid or w.e. it is for come out. Can anyone offer some advice or clear up some of my speculations.

just put the ss line on that and dittto done
