Will Ferrel was Meh...

Eddie Vedder is showing his age.

Overall it was well put together but seemed dry and sterile. Like the Suits were breathing down his neck to not screw things up with his late night antics.

I only caught the first half, so I missed the interviews and pearl jam, but I thought it was pretty funny. I do agree with you though, I'm sure he needs some time to get settled in, he didn't seem like the old conan.

I thought it was a very good first show. Of course he's going to need a little time to get settled in, but I think it might only take like a week.

His first few skits were pretty funny I thought. I was laughing my ass off at the universal tram skit. Taking it out in the streets and what not. LOL.

Will Ferrel was pretty funny, but then I fell asleep during the commercial so I missed Pearl Jam. haha. I'm going to watch it tonight as well.

it's the same character over and over again. that one clip that was shown of the new movies is massive fail. that's nothing like what the character from the land of the lost episodes. plus he came off a bit of a douche on the first show.

he was cool on SNL and Old School, but honestly that's all I've liked him in. I don't think there has actually been a Will Ferrel movie that I've enjoyed.

Wait, there was a Will Ferrel movie I enjoyed. It's the one where his life is narrated.

This is what people forget or don't realize.

He played a TON of diverse characters, and he played them WELL.

He's probably more interested in making absolute bank, taking the roles as they come, and working with people he likes than he is making groundbreaking comedy.

Anchorman is legendary, regardless.
