My spark plugs have really small spark and I changed the plugs, same thing happens I tried jumping the car and nothing. Anybody know what's going on? Could it be timing?

What is a really small spark? If it's sparking that might not be you're problem. But go ahead and check the wire between the steering wheel and seat that sounds like more of the problem.

All smart ass comments aside........oh wait this is zilvia.
Honestly man, weak spark can be caused by all sorts of things, you need to spend more time diagnosing the problem. Have you checked your coil? have you checked the grounds for the coil?

..... Think about it.
Seriously though. Are all sparkplugs giving low spark or is it noticeably different on just one? What are the plugs gapped at? What heat range? What motor? If you have a distributor do a true tune up and get new cap and rotor.

If that wire is me, cool makes no sense I have fixed a million stupid things on this car it's a ka24de that I just swapped in from having a sohc I never had this many problems with anything the grounds are fine it wouldn't work at all if they weren't it's an s14 engine so it has an internal coil and I am new to that so I don't really know how to check it some help would be nice oh but I did check all the wires and plugs in distributor and all have good ohm readings
