I'm selling the faux suede I bought to recover my dash, and the adhesive. $65 gets it to your door, here are a few pics from the gentleman who sold me the material.

is this multi-direction or just 2-way stretch or what? did he say anything about its resistance to sun fading?

Tell me if I am wrong, this is not suede, but a spray-on material that will cover ANY size surface? If so, this stuff is AWESOME! - Free bump for a great seller too...

This is my question also - all the nice faux suede I find (except for real Alcantara) is indoor only, and fades like a bitch. Also, is it stretchy, and/or biased?
they all fade, if its going on the dash GG

It isnt very stretchy, it has a backing on it. BUT it is not directional, so you have that to play with.
So get a windshield refelective thingy, and it wont fade as fast...or at all.

Josh, PM me about this, I just might take this off your hands when we meet next weekend if terms can be agreed upon.

i can probably get more of that stuff.
if you dont want stuff to fade, simple solution; tint your windows.

For the dash, that doesn't help a whole lot now does it.
There are "outdoor" faux suedes that are fade-resistant, but for the lifespan of most 240s, I don't really see it being an issue.
