I recently got a 95 ka installed in my 91.
It seems to suffocate in the high rpm's, but its wierd. its only like this after driving for 30 minutes or more. it also does it when i turn on the car (cold start) and turn it off, then start it up again w/in the next couple hours. it seems to make alot of noise but not alot of power. any ideas as to what it could be?

Well 95+'s have different cams which cut into the high end a few HP but if its really bad something else might be wrong.

The bad hot start thing could be a failing engine temp sensor.

Maybe the cams were installed a few degrees off? I did that on another car once, felt great under 3000 then puked and died.
