In the midwest(as well as other areas) there exist wooded areas which contain poison ivy and poison oak.

It contains an oil that gets into you skin and itches and spreads.

It is very easy to pick up, sometimes you get it on your hands or eventually spread it to your hands.

If you are indeed a male, and have said balls you tend to scratch them as they tend to itch.


Hence, poison ivy on genitals.
