this is just the seat by itself, it retails for 350-400 brand new. and trust me once u see the seat it'll look brand new. any how it will fit a 36-38 waist . im a 38 and i sat in it snugg. and i do not want to ship unless you wanna pay close to 100 bucks in shipping and packing.
