I did a quick search and didn't find anything because I know this is a dumb question. I'm pretty noob when it comes to electrical but here it goes...

Could I get a ground kit like Circle earth or the NRG (Good/bad?) one and use it when my battery is relocated to the back?
What I mean is could I just ground it to some nice metal place in my car like where the battery used to be and have all the wires going to wherever they are supposed to without having to hook them all up to the negative terminal? Would that even help if they aren't all on the Neg block?
If I can't do it, then do you have any ideas how I can with a battery relocation?
Thanks for the help guys
sry for noob question. Just wondering

Firstly, do a search for making your own grounding kit..... Its been discussed many times about grounding points here.

Relocating batter is basically relocating only the positive connections and the battery to the back. The negative of the battery when in the trunk can be grounded to the chassis. So basically you can get a positive isolated terminal post, tie in all your positive stuff to the post and run a 2 gauge high strand wire to the trunk where your battery is. The negative of the battery in the trunk can just ground to the chassis.

The negative postive all can tie into the chassis in the front, no need to relocate those to the back.
