A couple media guys and I have been toying around with the idea of this shirt. I figured I'd get input from the general community on any changes that need to be made before I print them. And if anyone would be interested in getting one :D

So any feedback on the font, layout, and color scheme would be greatly appreciated.

Wow, did you spend the ENTIRE 5 minutes designing that, or did you take a creative break at the 3 minute mark?

Haha, there was definitely a creative break at the 3 day mark.
I'm a photographer, not a designer. :)

Sweet! Sign you up for like what, 10?
The more big texts shirts you have, the better.

I've been in the creative field for a while. Criticism is just part of the game man :)
As it stands, I still dig it and at the very least I'm going to print one for myself. But I like to see what other people think. Good or bad.
Thanks guys!

Well, for one, I pretty much HATE the media.
With that aside though, the shirt is overly basic. Black shirt, giant letters.
As a photographer you should understand the need for better composition.

That's the problem I've always had with general designing. I come from the overly minimalist approach.
And that's' what I like to hear. Thanks :)
I know the idea is cliche/overdone. I'm not sure what other shirt colors would work. I was considering media in the idea that any color other than black will get dirty very quickly because of all the tire residue and show sweat.
I'm open to adjusting it entirely.

both me and element on 20's have been to multiple formula D and d1 drifting events, and have noticed a trend in the treatment of the media guys at these events. therefore. we along with a couple other photographers decided that "i <3 media" shirts and stickers were in order to show the support for those guys that come out and provide media coverage for everyone.
not media like you thinking of eg :news people:

Anyone on the street is going to think Mass/Central Media when they see that shirt. They are not going to think the lateral media that you are trying to convey.
I think the real problem is that almost any idiot can get a press pass to these events. You should make the shirt say "Photographer" and then " (not a fanboy)" below it in smaller text. Even "PRESS" is better than "Media." Media just makes you sound like a corporate fanboy.
