When Mounting rear's on a S14 (new to the S14 somewhat) Pictured has a Black Spacer type peice at the very bottom on the rear coils where it goes into the "stud" on the rear LCA.

What side is the Black spacer supposed to be on.The inside w/ the washer or the Side facing the wheel itself.Wanna make sure I've got it right. This is the 3-4 set of coils on all the cars I've owned but damn I can't remeber how it suppsosed to be COrrect.

The S14 uses a Bolt @ Big round Washer to go through it (STud),..the S13 uses a Nut & Round washer that goes on the bolt coming out of the rear LCA

No. The long part should be toward the wheel, it's a spacer to prevent the coilover from rubbing on the LCA. Some brands of coilover come with a separate spacer.
Check out my mad tyte ms paint skilz yo.

the spacer also helps the shock be aligned correctly and straighter to the top mount so yes it should be facing the wheel.

It should only bolt on with the spacer facing out. The stud on the knuckle is tapered.
