No I haven't been able to, all those specs are very important especially the 8mm thick portion

What type of material?

What type of material?
Well maybe someone can help me out with that, basically its going to be a spacer for a 5 lug conversion on a P11 Infiniti G20t.
So I dont know exactly what the best material is for this application, I imagine something hard weather cold rolled or hot rolled I dont know.
I can get away with these specs also since its probably easer to source 2.0" round bar metal stock:
2.0" O.D.
1.5" I.D.
.31" THICK
This part will be making contact with the wheel bearing so I imagine it gets a lil hot.

I wrecked my S13 so I wanted to use my G35 wheels that were on my S13 on my new used 99 G20t.

Pictures are from snickers a g20.net hope he doesn't mind.
But a pictures is in order here so you can get the idea and maybe suggest a material to me to use.
Below circled in red is showing a spacer and hub with new spacer: excpet these are P10 G20 pics my P11 is different but same thing applies.

Here you go, just cut it and plane each one to 8mm.
McMaster-Carr (http://www.mcmaster.com/#7767t711/=2149d6)
4130 steel alloy, C30-C45 Hardness (pretty beefy stuff), 2.0" outside diameter, 1.5" inside diameter, 12" long - $25. How many spacers do you need?
Edit: or you could go with 6061 Aluminum for a little cheaper, probably be just as good for your spacers: http://www.mcmaster.com/#9056k131/=214ajf

Thanks GSXRJJordan thats good stuff, I only need 2 spacers.

Maybe its me but how do you get a wall thickness of .25" when the O.D. is 2" and the I.D. is 1.5" I thought it would be .50" wall thickness?

What do you think about these 2 mini lathes, would this get the job done at hand?

Lol there's a wall on both sides, dummy :keke:
Lathe's look OK, but it's all in how ya use it... some of the cheap/small ones are just not that easy to be precise with. Totally not worth the money in my opinion.

Cool if you can pm me an estimate of what i'll be looking at for 2 spacers, thanks.

You can do tons of stuff with the 7x10 lathe. But you can actually get that same lathe with a 4" longer bed on it for quite a bit cheaper(it's called a 7x12). I got one for a few projects and I've made tons of stuff for my car(diff bushings, delrin RLCA bushings, misalignment spacers for rod ends, spherical bearings for Z32 uprights, machined stock seatbelt bolts for harness ends etc. etc.).
It wouldn't take very long at all to part off some 1020 tubing in the size you need and then face each side to make sure it's nice and parallel.

UNISA JECS - Let me know if you still need to have those made
edit:
spoke with one of our machinists
he doesn't see why you can't just use 6061 Al
since it's just a spacer in essence - AL is lighter and won't deform with heat and easier to machine
we could also make it out 304SST or Iron to ±.005 tolerances ;)

Man, I should start slanging parts since I have access to mill/lathe, lol. Spacers can be done in couple mins.
I would also recommend to use 6061, it's a lot easier to cut and fine for your purposes since it is only under compression loading.
Why don't you call your local machine shops? This part is horribly easy to make, some would probably do it for a 6-pack if you brought your own alum rod.

You'll need some tight flatness and parallel geometric tolerances on there to prevent vibration but I'm sure anything is better than cheapie wheel spacers. They are aluminum too, so I don't see why not.

lol...
what's your idea of 'tight flatness and geometric tolarances'?
I'm curious

IF they are still in business. Economy sucks.
They specialize in CNC wheel PCD drilling and Custom Spacer CNC milling for the automotive aftermarket wheel industry.
