Before I get flamed on by the entire Zilvia community, YES I've read the "definitive 300zx brake swap" but I still need help understanding it. I know its been covered a billion times but just need some help. Im going 5 lug and doing the brake conversion at the same time so I just want to double check everything before I start.
This will all be going on a 89 4 lug S13
This is what I have so far:
R33 Front Calipers with SS brake lines
Brembo D&S rotors
Z32 rear calipers with SS brake lines
This is what I plan on buying to complete 5 lug/brake upgrade
Ichiba 5 lug conversion hubs (front on back)
Z32 2+2 E-brake cables
Z32 BMC
Is this all I will need to complete the swap? Do I NEED the Z32 backing plate to install the ebrake??? Is there anything else someone recommends I purchase to make this go buy alot smoother. Thanks in advance.

ummm yeah if you want an E-Brake then yes you need the Z32 E-Brake Assembly......
the Z32 calipers do not have an E-Brake assembly like the Stock rear calipers on S-chassis do.

you need the complete e-brake assembly, not just the backing plate. seems like you didn't understand what you read.

goto importnut.net has a good amount of resource on what it takes to install Z brakes into any S-chassis

Douche bag? I stated the obvious and clearly did not insult you. I didn't read your entire post because it wasn't necessary.
Though I'll point out how much of an idiot you are by quoting the site you supposedly read.
Parts Necessary
non-turbo Z32 e-brake/splash shield setup
non-turbo Z32 or S14 hubs if doing 5-lug swap
calipers
rotors
R33 skyline GT-S e-brake cables (swap here (http://importnut.net/300zxbrakeswap-ebrake.htm))
SPL Parts or PDM Racing SS brake lines
Note the red text in bold. How is it that a 24 year old male isn't capable of understanding what that means? I was illiterate to anything automotive when I bought my 240sx and I understood what that meant. It had already mentioned the e-brake cables, yet you felt it necessary to ask if the actual e-brake component were necessary. That's simply being to lazy to actually use your brain. It should have clicked just as easy as 2+2=4 to a 5 year old.
I'm not the "douche" who is to much of a fucktard to understand what is necessary for a brake upgrade that's been done for over a decade. You're the douche who felt to lazy to do proper research on the subject and needed to be spoon fed the information.

What front rotors do you have? Z32 rotors won't work with your R33 calipers.
