torque setting help

I just done installing my stance gr+ coils on my s14 and i was wondering if anyone could help me out and give me the torque setting to the following bolts (circled in red). i have searched and even went to the nissan dealership, where i was told "just make them tight". i do not have an owners manual as it was lost when the previous owner had it :down:. Another question is on the Stance coilover, (circled in blue) is that nut suppose to be like that ??. Thank you guys very much.
