I just bought myself a 1990 240sx to take place of the '91 that i wrecked. The only problem is that the automatic transmission is shot. Is it possible to take my 5spd tranny off my '91 and put it in my '90? For some reason i don't think i'll be able to but i don't know for sure but i'm praying it will fit.

If yer engine's in good shape, swap the whole thing (that is, unless you have a thing for the SOHC). Thassall.

If you can't afford an engine swap, do a trany swap.  Drop a little 5speed action into your little beast.  And if you do decide to do a sr swap, put that 5spd in at the same time.  

An auto sr is a terrible thing, unless of course you only have one arm, do you have one arm?
