Alright, i got a 2004 panterra 50cc scooter. gets 100MPG no lie. Bad thing is its SLOWWWW. top speed of 37MPH. Here's the skinny. This scooter is out of state, i registered it and paid all the fees for it but DMV told me to take it to CHP which i am way too busy to do. IF you want this scooter low ball me and take it to CHP and get yourself a nice gas sniffing machine for around town. You can make these go super fast if you want to. This scooter is not pretty. I got mad one day and punched it so theres a hole in the compartment thing in the back which can be taken off, also kicked off the kick start, but you can weld it back on or use the electric start. its a 4 stroke. Will start it up for you and everything. I bought it for 350, paid 75 for reg, punched it and shit so lowball me. I will have pictures tonight. Thank you. ONLY 2000 miles on it!!! selling it because i'm poor and got a honda.
