i saw the kazama group buy and am nowhere near rich enough to get the entire setup but i do want to get some stuff, i just don't know which parts are more crucial than others. I keep hearing about tension rod weakness in 240's, so i'm guessing that's the first thing to get. RUCA after that?

i say
tension rod
subframe spacers
RUCA is only good if you play and change your camber often/need it set more then stock can provide.
you can juice -3 degrees out of stock on a lowered car most of the time

subframe spacers reduce wheel hop make the car's subframe move around less, just overall good upgrade.

i mean what do you have to do to install them?

new bushings take a while to install. some spacers bolt onto the bottom of the subframe and are quite easy to install.
