Just wanted to share some pics of my new set-up for this season.

step one...
Had the head rebuilt by MazWorx. + CNC combustion chamber
MazWorx quality surpasses any other machine shop i have delt with. Great customer service and support, they replaced all seals, guides, preformed a valve job, shimmed my head, cleared oil galleys, checked all clearances and of course their CNC combustion services (total hemispherical head)
First start up: The head sounds perfect, zero noise (even OEM stock heads are louder) combustion is very clean, and sounds a little deeper, motor seems a bit more "rev happy".

Step two...
Added a gt2871r turbo, 460hp version
Top Speed manifold
black heat wrapped and VHT sprayed.
made my own ss turbo lines,
ported and powder coated my intake mani.

Step three
Wheels Tires & Differential
17x10+25 work stich
Michelin Pilot Sport 245 40 17
Nismo 1.5 way LSD
origin roof spoiler

Step four
Sparco harness bar (from a WRX, needed some "adjusting" lol)
all the pics of the bar looked like crap, sry

Just showing off what i been up to,
I want to lower it a bit more to close that wheel gap, but I'm still running 18's on the front
I was told today " the car is beyond cool... but Rock star status ... lol :bowrofl:
other thoughts, From a t28, to a gt2871r : HUGE difference in power and response.

quicker spool, about 15% less throttle is need to get 14psi.
this 14psi feels like my last set-up on 20psi.

+1 on numbers w/ the head.

no numbers yet,
I kept it simple with a ROM tune by E-mance, ( always worked great since day one, 2 years ago) A/F at WOT is usually 11.5-11.8
that AFC is Zero'ed out... the tune seems perfect.

thanks for all the complements,
now lets get down to the nitty gritty...

what would you change or add

Headlight buckets and headlights doesn't seem to fit correctly. Bumper is sagging, so try to fix the fitment. I think the rear valence doesn't match the rest of the bodykit. Tad more camber on the rear.

If you wanna do some racing, you gotta have an underpanel under the intercooler, you going to bleed a lot of air coming through through front.

O and maybe get rid of the greddy scramble boost button and wire it into your steering wheel....

Otherwise looks sweet

Yeah, the rear valence doesn't flow with the sideskirts at all.

Aside from that, its looking great!

car looks damn good. Do you have any side shots of the car? And are you running 17X10 in the front as well?
